The racing action was fast-paced with multiple grooves being used to compete for top honors at the Lexington (NE) Raceway on the Dawson County Fairgrounds in Lexington on Sunday evening. The United Rebel Sprint Series made its way back to the Colorado Motorsports Park Saturday Night with sixteen teams making the pull to the 3/8’s mile oval. The crowd on hand for the evenings racing at CMSP were not disappointed, in the four events held there in 2016 four different drivers have graced Victory lane. The United Rebel Sprint Series rolled back through the pit gates with sixteen teams making the trip back to Byers to run a make-up feature from their May appearance that was interrupted by Mother Nature. Colorado Springs racer Justin Medlock led every lap of the race and grabbed his first ever victory with the URSS series.
