Not sure who all will be present to run in the divisions as many did not show up any of the 3 weeks of tech and test. Gonna be an interesting start. Car counts may be a bit low to start if a lot of them still don't have their cars ready. It's going to be a fluid situation, as always, for the first few weeks!
Dress warm for later in the evening. Great to see that the weather is going to cooperate to get things started!!!.. see you all at the track!!!!! Reading how the timing is going to be done, it will be interesting. Just be warned.. There will be a full moon out for the first night of racing, (OH... Joy)

Knowing the nature of the beast I am going to have to say many sportsman teams did their homework this winter. When you are as far out in front as Lee was last year he will find a harder time finding more. Those left in the dust last year most certainly think they have found the "it." Wee Haa

I am going to have to go with it is going to be a ROCKING GOOD NIGHT!

Just a note.. The last I had heard, Rich Bubak was most likely not going to race. I hope this is just a rumor and he does have a ride as it would be a shame not to see him out there battling. I hope someone can clear the air on that bit of info.

That's great news for the Mod Coupe class! Maybe fewer cars will have to leave the track on the back of the wrecker!

Very inappropriate comment!!! Rich is one of the more skilled drivers of CARC and would never drive in such a way to cause cars to leave the track. Must have him confused with someone else???

I was told by a source that the #46 Mod Coupe was being driven by Joe Sullivan during the 3rd week of tech and test?. Can anyone really confirm this for me? If so does this mean Blackie isn't going to drive it this season? Need some updated info please!!!
