2009 BWR Hospitality Night at CNS - Auto Racing Forum

You all are invited to our second annual 2009 Big West Racing Hospitality Night at Colorado National Speedway.

Event Date: Saturday, August 29, 2009

Cost: Adults (ages 13 and up) $20.00
Youth/Child (12 and under) $10.00
Drivers and Crews with Pit Pass $10.00
***Children in strollers are complimentary – meaning babies and those 2 and under***

Event Timing:

4:00pm Social Hour
Arrive any time after that and enjoy a cold drink and social time with your friends

5:30pm-7:30pm Dinner is Served:
Barbequed Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs and all the fixings. Salad, Baked Beans, Chips, Dessert, Pepsi-Cola Soft Drinks, Bottled Water & Coffee

6:00pm Racing Program Begins
Competing tonight Sportsman, Legends, Figure 8s, Modified Coupes, 600 Mini Sprints, and Midgets. There will be a Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at Intermission and laps with our Colorado Vintage Oval Racers.

10:00pm Races will conclude (approx. time)
Head to the pits and meet your favorite drivers and get their autographs

Alcohol:

Full Cash Bar - CNS will card and issue Legal to drink bands. Guests will be responsible for purchase of their drinks. We will serve Coors, Coors Light, Bud, Bud Light, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Red Bull & Vodka.
Prices are: $3.50 for Beer and Mikes, $4.50 for All Hard Drinks

***Any drivers or crew members attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages will have to surrender their pit pass and will NOT be allowed back into the pits. This will be STRICTLY enforced for obvious safety reasons!!!***

Chairs will be provided but if you would like to bring your own comfortable lawn chairs you are welcome to do so.

Do not miss this event!!! It’s a smoking deal with entry into the track as well as food and drinks. Last year was a huge success with 120 people attending and I want to double that number this year.

If you’re planning to be in the pits that night you only need to pay $10.00 extra for your food and drinks with proof of pit pass and wrist band.

I need to have a firm count by August 21st so if you plan on attending this event you MUST let me know before this date!!! We need at least 100 people to attend in order to retain the special pricing so please spread the word. You do not need to be a member of BigWestRacing in order to attend. All are invited!!

How many will be in your party?
How many children, adults and/or pit pass attendees will there be?
A list of names of those attending
A phone number that I can contact you at to confirm your reservation.

Update....

If you are going to have children from the ages of 2-12 that would like to be part of the Trophy presentations this night please let me know. I need (2) groups of 5 kids to present trophies in the Winner Circle and have their picture taken with the winning driver. Please let me know ASAP if your interested.

Also, I need 2 adults from our event who would like to ride in the pacecar during the races. You must be 21 and older and SOBER! Those interested need to let me know ASAP and I will draw the names out of a hat the night of the event.

We are quickly nearing the deadline for this event! I have had over 50 people tell me by word of mouth that they will be attending and several of those people have said they are bringing guests. This is great but I need names of all attending so I can put them on the list!

So PLEASE if your planning on attending either reply to this thread with a list of names or email me @ seelyracing@msn.com, if you don't have all the names yet, just give me an estimated number of people. The event is August 29th, the deadline for payment is August 21st but the time to tell me your coming is NOW!!!!!

One other thing I am going to mention before I forget. Make sure EVERYONE wears sunglasses!!! Last year I didn't have any on and I was hit in the eye with some rubber. It scratched my eye ball and it was not fun!!! lol
