NASCAR: Spin to win

Nelson Piquet Jr, driving the #30 AutoTrac Chevrolet for Turner Motorsports, crossed the finish line well head of the rest of the field to win the VFW 200 at Michigan International Speedway. After recovering from a spin on lap 56, Piquet and the #30 team gambled on fuel mileage opting not to pit in the waning laps, to pick up the first series win for Piquet.
