Colorado Dwarf Car Club Cup Resuts - Race #1

There were 41 dwarf cars from around the state of Colorado for the start of the 3 race mini series referred to as the Colorado Club Cup.

The reigning Colorado Club Cup Champions Colorado Dwarf Cars brought 22 cars to the event. RMDCRA brought 7 cars and SRDCC brought 12 cars. The race was held at the excently prepared El Paso County Speedway in Calhan, CO.

There were 5 heats, a C Main, a B Main, and the A Main.

The current club cup standingss show Colorado Dwarf Cars in first place with 905 points, SRDCC in 2nd with 692 points, and RMDCRA in third with 304 points. Note that a racer must participate in all 3 club cup racers for their points to count so depending on participation at the 2nd race (May 26th at I-76) and the 3rd race (June 8th at Thunder Valley Speedway), the standing could change dramatically.
