Sacrifice $2,000...Selling my 1976 COUGAR race car which I last raced two years ago. It has lots of new parts in the suspension, also the Gauges ,Fuel cell , exhaust system, Roll cage, ect ect .....are all new. I am selling the car as a complete roller for less than I paid to have the roll cage professionally installed ! The car comes with everything except the engine and trans, it has never been crashed and is set up ready to race. I built the car thinking I would race once in a while since retiring from racing , after winning Championships and tons of trophy's retirement has taken over and I have no willingness to race again. Hi,
My name is Bruce Pearson and I was the "GAS MAN" last year at CNS. I work at a high school with at risk kids and have created a motorsports education and diversity program. We work under the umbrella of a 501 non-profit corp. Our "racing"team races R/C cars against other schools from across the country via the web through www.ten80education.com in North Carolina. We are looking for a SuperStock , Modified, or Legends car to race as well. The students are doing it all from marketing, event promotion, web-site design to working on the car with me driving. (I raced a mod and Street Stock All-American Speedway).
I am writing to ask if you would consider donating your car to our non-profit. It would be 100% deductible on your taxes! Yes, the full amount would be deductible, whatever price that YOU set, we would write the receipt for that amount.
