Updated: Well I found a cart, but now I need a seat and seat belt(got the belt, thank you HotRodDave!). I was hoping to find/get a plastic style racing seat and then a racing five point belt. I am looking for really cheap, maybe someone old belts that are long in date.
I am looking to find a cheap go-cart to do a father son project. I figured this would be a great way to bond with my step son and help him learn about using tools, fixing small engines, and to take pride in his work. Not looking for a shifter cart, off road cart, just looking for go(yard)cart. I would being willing to barter for itmes to to get a cart. The wife and I just had twins and money is to tight to buy right now.

Thanks Dave! I hope that this would be a good way to really bond with him. He knows that I used to race Enduros and I have taken him to CNS, but yesterday was the first time sense I have known him that he aksed me questions on how a engine works! So I figured this is the best way to show and teach him.
