One complete roller along with frame for sale
First car for sale is a complete roller. It is a 2001 American Made Dirt Late Model chassis, chassis number is 312. These chassis are now called SMOKIN chassis located in Coleman, Michigan. This car has competed in NCRA and IMCA events and most recently as a Limited Late Model.
This car started life as a swig arm car but was converted by American Made to a 4 bar. The swing arm mounts are still on the car which can be seen in the pictures. It is a round tube car and has never been clipped or bent to the best of my knowledge. It is a mild steel car meaning it is not chrome moly. There have been some minor repairs done by the panhard bar mount on the frame and the engine plate but that is all I have found.
This would make an excellent Crate Late Model or beginner car.
This car comes with:
AFCO shocks & springs – shocks have about 10 nights on them after being freshened by AFCO.
Winters Quick Change – appears to be a Mag center section. 4:86 ring gear.
Willwood hubs & rotors – rotors appear to be in good shape yet.
BSB Birdcages – Nylon inserts – practically new.
Dynalite brakes brake pads appear to be in good shape
BRT Rack. – ratio is 2.4
Power steering pump & lines.
Has AFCO low friction ball joints. These are not to be confused with the HOWE rebuildable low friction ball joints. Upper and lower control arms were new this year.
Radiator
32 Gallon Jazz fuel cell.
Tach & Gauges
15” steering wheel
Seat belts.
12” Weld & DYNALITE rims – WRS D-55 Tires
The body has some bent panels but is useable. Needs a new nose piece – flaps and front bumper. The body was removed for pictures. (WE CAN MAKE NEW DOORS & QUARTERS FOR THE BUYER FOR AN ADDITIONAL PRICE. PLEASE INQUIRE IF INTERESTED.)
There are also some spare frontend a rear 4 bar spare parts that go with this car.
Car Does NOT Come With:
Engine – Transmission (shown) – Drive Shaft – Seat – Bellhousing (shown) – Rearend Gears
The second car is a 2000 Mastersbilt frame and ****pit. The chassis number is 266. There is a 32 gallon JAZZ fuel cell (NOT THE ONE SHOWN), fuel cell cage & mounts. It has steel brake lines and a right front brake shut off on it. I was told by the person I bought it from that this was a former Donnie Moran car.
The basic frame and ****pit are what is for sale. The deck tin and interior have been removed. There is a part of the steering shaft that runs from drivers area to just outside the tub. It still has the single shear rear 4bar mounts.
The items that are not with the frame that are shown in the picture are as follows:
Front & rear bumper
Front & rear nose and deck supports
Deck & interior sheet metal.
I bought these cars after the 2007 season with the intention of either racing the American Made or switching the parts over and racing the Mastersbilt. We have decided to do something different and sell these cars.
